Keep South Swindon Rural
No to any Industrial Park
No to light, noise and air pollution
The appeal dates are set. There will be a VIRTUAL public enquiry by the Planning Inspectorate that runs from the 15th June for 3 weeks. The appeal will consider the economic benefits of the speculative development and balance them against the harm to our rural life, impact on the environment and the AONB and consequential urbanisation of South Swindon.

This Is YOUR chance to object to this RENEWED application to build an industrial park. Read detailsa on how you can object.
The changes made to this revamped application are merely cosmetic and it it remains a deeply flawed case for development.
View 10 reasons why this application needs to be rejected out of hand. If you objected before, you need to object again. This is not a "science Park", it will not bring jobs and it can be located on employment land already earmarked for future employment use.
Wasdell Properties have in the last 2 weeks submitted over 150 documents to support a revised hybrid application, consisting of a full planning application for a huge Warehouse and Distribution centre and an outline application for a Second Warehouse and a set of buildings which it claims will form a Science Park on a green field site at Inlands Farm.
Launched this Monday, the video shows footage of the proposed green field location for the Inlands Farm Industrial Park with 3D mock-ups of the development and explains how this proposed development with 15m high sides is not suitable as a location in the setting of an area of outstanding beauty and contravenes numerous planning policies. It also covers why the label "Science Park" is misleading and explores more suitable locations for the development.
Outdoor demonstration for 1 hour, with a spectualr publicity acticvity planned. Detailso n the day. Allow 1 hour suggest you warap up and wear boots.
